My Creations 👨🏻🍳
These are my baking & pastry creations! All baked with love in Culinary 46 & 47 at Riverside's City College- Culinary Baking & Pastry Program. I went in with no experience and zero knowledge of baking, literally zero. Halfway through the program I was already creating masterpieces I never would have imagined myself baking in this lifetime. I want to give Chef Joshua Orlando a special and memorable mention for teaching and guiding me through the beginning of my baking journey. Your tips, teachings, and goofiness will stay with me forever! Enjoy. ♡

Chocolate tart shell with pistachio créme chiboust & orange liqueur chocolate sauce.
Pistachio on the Choco Rocks

Beelicious Honey Cotta
Honeycomb lemon panna cotta with toasted streusel topping. The yellow sauce is lemon curd & the golden sauce is rose, caramel, & honey. Topped with tile cookies bees & edible miniature orchids.

Strawberry Cloud
Strawberry mousse served on a pine nut graham cracker crust. Topped with sour cream and caramelized pine nuts. The red sauce is strawberry coulis.

Blackberry Kisses
A chocolate tart shell brushed with a thin layer of chocolate followed by a thin layer of an anise gel. Filled with a blackberry curd and topped with strawberry kisses, fresh blackberries, and flower petals.
